Sandholm is an island in Nagu in the city of Pargas in Åboland.

Sandholm in Nagu's outer archipelago is first mentioned in the 1530s and has probably been inhabited for some time before that. According to oral tradition, Sandholm's first resident was Ström-Ant, who had his small cottage by Strömmen, which separates Sandholm from the adjacent island of Holmen. He is said to have single-handedly erected the stately stone walls that can still be seen on Sandholm. In the 18th century, Sandholm was divided into two homes; Östergård and Westergård.

"The Count of Sandholm" Alfred Lundström (1906–1994) lived alone on Sandholm for the last 20 years of his life (during winters also). The "Count"'s traditions are carried on by his heir, the actor Riko Eklundh. Today, two people are registered as inhebitants of Sandholm at two of the four households on the main island. Thirteen cottages are located on islets belonging to Sandholm village and many of them are visited during all seasons. "Village elder" was Astrid Österlund from Östergård who in 2012 turned 106 years old. She died the same year at care facility in Pargas.

Sandholm is a typical archipelago island where the houses are close to each other. The buildings are from three centuries, one of the oldest is the windmill on Östergård from 1817. Originally there was also a windmill on Westergård, but it was demolished more than a century ago. However, the mill wheels remain.

In 1968, Osmo Harkimo and Henrik Tikkanen made a finely tuned documentary about Sandholm Westergård.
